Guest Ales 2014

This Year I’ll be brewing 4 new beers every month!!
Each brew will follow 4 series of beers with ever changing Hop structures and recipes. Each brew will be a one off beer and I’ll only produce 400 bottles available from my regular stockists, Farmers Markets and both in bottle and cask at the Tap House.
-54.46 Series - 5.4% Single hopped wheat beer
-The IP Series -  abv% will change – New series of big IPA’s with ever changing malt and hop structures.
-Rye.P.A 6.8%
-Oatmeal Pale 5.5%

IP1 7.2% -75% Munich Malt, 25%Pale and Hopped with Simcoe, Summit and Mt Hood.
Rye.P.A 6.8% – Currently Hopped with Citra, Chinook, Cascade and Columbus
Oatmeal Pale 5.5% – Currently Hopped with Summit and Pacific Gem

Oatmeal Stout

oatA smooth, full-bodied Scottish Oatmeal Stout: with five different varieties of malt plus oatmeal flakes the resulting complexity of flavours weave together delivering strong coffee, chocolate and dark fruit flavours balanced against a blend of UK, American and New Zealand hops to create a rich, silky after taste.

ABV – 4.5%

Eighty Bob

80A traditional 80/- brown ale: big malty sweet ale, loads of caramel malt flavours with a lasting fruity finish.

ABV – 4.8%

Seventy Bob

70A traditional 70/- brown ale: nut brown in colour, with toffee and malt aromas leading to nutty chocolate, toast and caramel flavours, rounded off with a subtle and balanced bitter finish.

ABV – 3.8%

Neuk Ale

neukA Scotch Ale style beer with a twist: dark mahogany in colour with rich dark fruit, chocolate and roast coffee flavours. A long lasting bitter aftertaste ties together a fresh finish with a flavoursome dark ale.

ABV – 4.6%

India Pale Ale

ipaThis big, bold, bitter IPA not only shows off a super hop kick but a depth of orange and tropical fruit flavours that are both refreshing and complex. Crammed full of four aromatic hop varieties, a fantastically tasty beer.
