What a good 80/~ should be: medium to heavy, full bodied yet still balanced. Malted barley, toasted caramel and fruity with a slightly bitter sweet tingle on the tongue. Bring on the old-school. Turns out your Da did know a thing or two.

alt plus oatmeal flakes delivering strong coffee, chocolate and dark fruit flavours balanced against a blend of UK, US and NZ hops to create a rich, silky after-taste.

YiPPiE iPA

NOTORiOUS BiPA

WEE BLONDE

A tribute to Bruce Willis and Die Hard. This IPA was hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, Columbus and Mosaic.
A complex brew with tropical fruits and
a crisp, refreshing bitter finish.

Welcome to the party, pal.

A tad "wee" at 3.7% but when it comes to big fruity hops, punches above its weight. Pale straw in colour with a blend of the finest malt and wheat, plus a (nice big) sackful of four high-alpha hops creating
a light, fresh and fruity Blonde ale.

Farmhouse pale ale with blackberries. Hints of spice with the addition of sweet local blackberries make this Belgian-style pale ale with something a little special. The blackberries were grown locally in Fife by our friends at Barnsmuir farm.

iNTERESTED iN STOCKiNG OUR BEERS OR GiNS (OR BOTH)‽

WE LOVE BEER. WE LOVE THE TASTE, WE LOVE THE AROMA, BUT MORE THAN ANYTHiNG, WE LOVE THE CRAFT OF BREWiNG.

We began brewing in 2012, a whole 111 years after the last of St Andrew’s old breweries closed down. 100 years before that, there were over a dozen breweries in the town.

Beginning our brewing life in a garage (keeping company with the likes of Apple Inc, The Ramones and… BeerBods!), 3 years later we had outgrown the garage and moved into our current space in the heart of St Andrews, adjacent to the Botanic Gardens.

Our commitment to quality requires constant tasting and quality assurance, which we endure on your behalf - well, someone has to do it.

TO MEET OUTRAGEOUS DEMAND, WE'RE EXPANDiNG OUR BREWERY WITH BRAND NEW KiT. WANT OWN A BiT‽
